The need-to-know before you arrive:

We like you to enjoy your visit – not waste your time or money. So please take a moment to read the below, to avoid disappointment.

Sensitivity

New to Rock’n’Dolls or not had a colour service with us in the past 6 months? We’ll need you to have a skin test a minimum of 48 hours ahead of your colour service, or your appointment won’t go ahead.

Consultations

One of the most important part of the service. Which is why we recommend you have a free 15-minute consultation with one of our expert colourists, before your actual appointment.

Cancellation policy

Should you need to change or cancel an appointment, we would only ask that if possible, you give us 24 hours notice of any changes or cancellations to your appointments. Any cancellations after this time will incur a 25% fee. If any appointment is missed without prior notification, a 50% no show fee will be incurred.
